Join Our team: Service Advisor | Vehicle Technician 

Location: Naas, County Kildare (M7 Motor Park, Newhall)

We currently have two key positions available for immediate hire:

1. Service Advisor (Customer Focused)

Salary: €45,000 per year

Are you the type of person who thrives on solving problems and delivering top-tier customer service? As a Service Advisor at Finlay Motor Group, you will be the vital bridge between our customers and our workshop.

You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing service bookings, upselling where appropriate, and ensuring that every vehicle is returned on time with a smile.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 1 year’s industry experience (main dealership experience is an advantage).
• Strong automotive knowledge to accurately diagnose customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• A clean B Driving Licence.
• Note: Applicants should ideally live within 20km of Naas.

2. Qualified Motor Mechanic / Vehicle Technician

Salary: Up to €55,000 per year

If you have a passion for diagnostics and a pride in your workmanship, we want you on our team. We are looking for experienced Car Mechanics with proven experience across a broad range of car brands and light commercial vehicles.

You will be working in our modern workshop, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standard. We value attention to detail and a positive attitude.

What we are looking for:

• A qualified Car Mechanic / Vehicle Motor Technician with at least 2 years’ experience.
• A Full Irish Driving License.
• The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
• A positive outlook and a friendly approach to colleagues and customers.
• Excellent attention to detail.
