the limited edition and top-of-the-line variant of the Volvo EX90. This model
is the perfect choice for those who prefer to relax in the backseat rather than
drive themselves. Whether you need some extra "me time" or you have a
busy schedule, the EX90 Excellence offers a first-class experience that is both
stylish and comfortable.
At Finlay Volvo, located in Naas, you can register
your interest in the new Volvo EX90 Excellence. This model represents a
significant milestone for Volvo, as we aim to become a pure electric car brand
by 2030. The EX90 Excellence is designed to meet the specific demands of the
high-end, chauffeur-driven car market, and it will initially be offered in
China.
Volvo EX90 Excellence
Externally, the Volvo EX90 Excellence undergoes a few
small tweaks compared to its seven-seater sibling. These include a two-tone colour
scheme and specially designed 22-inch forged rims that optimize aerodynamic
performance, strength, and handling. However, the EX90 Excellence is mainly
based on the beautiful Volvo EX90 that we revealed last year.
The real change happens when you get inside. We have
removed the back-row seats and replaced them with two individual seats equipped
with comfortable soft pillows. We have also incorporated a fridge in between
the two seats where you can store a large bottle and quench your thirst with an
ice-cold beverage at any time.
The Volvo EX90 Excellence offers outstanding comfort,
thanks to a touch panel with comfort control for seat heating (choose from
three levels) and a massage function (five different levels). You'll also
notice a large Orrefors crystal piece in the centre console. It's a microswitch
that controls a fragrance dispenser supporting up to three different
fragrances. The sensory experience is amplified by corresponding mood lighting
around the cabin, culminating into a relaxing experience.
Volvo EX90 Excellence
Material-wise, the EX90 Excellence comes with either a
tailored wool blend or a Nordico upholstery. Nordico is a progressive and
advanced material created from textiles made from recycled material such as PET
bottles and bio-attributed material from forests in Sweden and Finland. The
wool-blend consists of fabric certified according to strict sustainability
standards on animal welfare, environmental, and social issues.
The EX90 Excellence benefits from the same advanced
technology base as the Volvo EX90, with the safest four-seater ever built. It
has an invisible shield of safety enabled by our latest sensing technology,
inside and outside, as well as lidar technology as standard from Luminar and a ground-breaking
driver understanding system.
