Connect Your FordPass App in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1 — Download & Set Up

  • Download the FordPass App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Create your FordPass account.
  • Sign in using your new account.
  • Turn Bluetooth ON on your smartphone.

Step 2 — Add Your Vehicle

  • Select Add Vehicle in the app.
  • Scan your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
  • The VIN is located on the lower right-hand corner of your windscreen (viewed from outside the vehicle).

Step 3 — Activate the Connection

  • Start your Ford vehicle.
  • Wait for the pairing message on your vehicle display.
  • Confirm the prompt on the vehicle screen.
  • Your phone and vehicle are now connected.

Step 4 — Choose Your Dealer

  • Open Settings in FordPass.
  • Select Preferred Dealer.
  • Search for Finlay Ford Naas.
  • Select us for servicing, support and assistance.
